Lucia is estimated to be a 2 y/o Shih Tzu. She was dumped in Kuwait. Lucia is housebroken, and good with dogs, cats, and kids!
Lucia is affectionate and very sweet. She is looking for her forever home here in the US! She’ll be arriving at Dulles Airport on May 19.
Lucia is vaccinated and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $500 and it includes a partial spay reimbursement. Home visit and reference checks required for fostering/adoption.
