Ready for Adoption: Willard!

Willard needs a FOSTER or ADOPTER! He’s a sweet dilute-colored Foxhound, and just the silliest fella around! Willard was transferred to us from an Animal Control in VA after turning up stray and not being re-claimed. In the Appalachian Mountains, many hound breeds are tossed out and left to die in the wilderness for a variety of reasons. Willard’s was likely his “cherry eye”. He had a swollen tear duct that required surgery and will take weeks of eye drops to hopefully return to normal. But Willard doesn’t seem to care about that. He’s just happy that he’s getting food, has friends, and has soft blankets to sleep on. He doesn’t want a lot - he’s a simple guy! But he does want love. Willard is dog-friendly and would love a home with other dogs, but he also wouldn’t mind being an only-dog. He’s a happy little guy and just wants his forever-family.

Message us and send an application to worldanimalguardians@gmail.com to ADOPT or FOSTER Willard!

Currently south of Charlottesville, VA but can travel drivable distance.
