Scruffy is a 6 month old super friendly puppy who gets along with everyone, dogs and cats included! He loves people and enjoys being petted.
Scruffy was found on the highway under a truck as rescuers were on their way to Kabd to check on the dogs on the farm/hostel. He was extremely friendly and charming from the get go so he got to travel with them to Kabd area.
Scruffy is looking for a foster or better yet, an adopter so he can travel out of Kuwait to the US! Will you help share his profile please?
He looks like a desert dog and he will come microchipped and up to date on shots! His adoption fee is $500 and home visit plus reference checks will apply for adoption/fostering.
